Trading financial instruments and proprietary trading involves substantial risk. You acknowledge that:

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DragoFund and Drago Bros Ltd and their officers, directors, employees and agents from any claim, demand, loss, or damage (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in London, United Kingdom for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
